What are the procedures for people in the military?

  • CLEP exams are also important to military personnel as a way to gain college experience. CLEP exams are free to military personnel and some civilian employees. Please view the chart at the following link in order to see if you are eligible for free testing: http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/student/testing/clep/Eligible_for_DANTES_0607.pdf
  • Check with your Education Services Officer or Navy College Education Specialist for information about what tests you can take and where. Typically, you can take a test at any college campus that you attend, any open testing center and any DANTES education center. Please check with your officer in order to obtain the most current information.
