Principles of Management CLEP Test Description
The Principles of Management CLEP test as most CLEP tests, covers the same material that you
be taught in a one semester college level course in management or organizational
behavior. This CLEP test has a lot of overlap with the Organizational Behavior DANTES test as well as the Introduction to Business DANTES test. If you are taking this test, you may want to consider taking the other two as well. This test also includes information on human resources, operations,
logistics and other management styles.
The Management CLEP test covers a lot of terminology and vocabulary based
on this subject area. Memorization is a helpful technique as this will
be 40% of the exam. Understanding theories, human resources, laws, government requirements, operations,
processes, and organization types are important to this test.
This is a great CLEP test to take if you have worked in corporate America as you will be familiar with the terms and situations based on your work experience. This makes it an ideal beginning CLEP test to take. |
