Biology CLEP Test Description
The Biology CLEP test covers the information that is taught in a one year
or two semester introductory course at the college level in Biology.
You will be tested on molecular biology, cellular biology, organism
biology and population biology. You will need to know about cells, enzymes,
genes, cell division, DNA, RNA, plant reproduction, ecology, pollution,
heredity, social behavior, evolution, habitat, etc.
It is important to understand that you do not have to answer each and
every question correct to get a passing score. You need to get 50 of 100
correct (in most cases) to pass. The people the write the CLEP tests want
you to know about half of the information to get a passing score.
