Which CLEP tests are offered via paper and pencil?

Sometimes it may be necessary to take a test via paper and pencil. CLEP currently offers 14 tests this way. The tests are as follows:

• Analyzing and Interpreting Literature
• College Algebra
• College Composition Modular
• College Mathematics
• History of the United States I: Early Colonization to 1877
• History of the United States II: 1865 to the Present
• Humanities
• Information Systems and Computer Applications
• Introductory Psychology
• Introductory Sociology
• Natural Sciences
• Principles of Management
• Social Sciences and History
• Spanish

People who have a learning disability or those who are incarcerated may need to take paper and pencil tests. These tests cost $120 each. The tests are graded after they are mailed in so scores take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
